This is so easy to prepare...it comes out moist and delicious...I cooked mine on the George Foreman grill...I let it marinade for a couple of hours...but could see whipping up the marinade in the morning and throwing the chicken on the grill when you get home from your busy day at work or play...it's a keeper...thanks for posting it...made for Spring 2012 PAC

This got mixed reviews. DH said he didn't notice any difference in taste than if I would have just given him some plain chicken breasts for grilling. I took a small bite (I'm a vegetarian) and thought it tasted good, but then again like I said...I rarely eat even chicken. What I do like about the recipe is the simplicity of throwing this together in a matter of minutes. I let mine marinate for a good hour. Maybe the longer it sets, the more flavor would come through? <br/>Made for Zaar Stars.

My name is Sara. I live in Portland, OR and I work at a retirement community in the Wellness department. I love to cook! I occasionally do cooking demonstrations at work and typically have over 40 people! This is a lot considering I have no professional training, and I never really cooked at all until a few years after high school. I try to focus on cooking healthy foods, though I believe if you're going to indulge you might as well go all the way (case in point: Black Forest Cake)! I'm always looking for new and unusual recipes and my main source is the net, currently 'zaar. I've been more successful here than anywhere else! I also subscribe to Light & Tasty (part of Taste of Home) and I highly recommend that magazine, it really proves that you can eat healthy and enjoy it.
