Simple Fry Salt

"This simple fry salt will add a bit of flavor to any fries, or really anything you choose to make. This is something I threw together working in a restaurant, when the french fries were just being sent out bland. I've used this recipe for years and have had several places adopt this as their simple seasoning"

• Yields: 1 2/3 Cups
• Serves: 25

ingredients

• 1 cup salt
• 1⁄3 cup black pepper
• 1⁄3 cup granulated garlic

directions

1. Mix all ingredients together, adjust amounts to taste, but a 3-1 Salt-other ratio is what I found works best with not being too overwhelming. Sprinkle on your favorite foods.
