Simple Baked Apples

- Preheat oven to 400* F.
- Core apples and place in a baking dish
- Blend sugar with spices; spoon an equal amunt into each apple.
- Cover bottom of baking dish with 1/4 inch boiling water.
- Bake until soft (30 minutes or more).
- Several times during baking, spoon pan juices over apples.
