ingredients
- 12 large shrimp
- 2 hot Italian sausage
- 2 ounces clarified butter
- 1 clove garlic, finely diced
- 1 tablespoon diced shallot
- 3 ounces white wine chablis
- 1 tablespoon seasame seed tahini (paste)
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon dry oregano
- 1 teaspoon dry basil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons Tabasco sauce
- 1⁄2 cup diced tomato
- 1 cup crushed tomatoes
- 1⁄2 lb cooked linguine
directions
- Peel and devein Shrimp.
- Cook Sausage in oven 250 degrees for 20 Minutes.
- Cut Sausage into 1/2 in slices.
- Saute shrimp and sausage in clarified butter.
- When allmost done add garlic.shallots,wine,tahini,seasame seeds,basil,oregano,crushed red peppers,tabasco,salt diced tomatoes and crushed tomatoes.
- Simmer for 5 minutes
- Serve over Linguine

This was part of my buffet menu for 50 people at my husband's birthday party this weekend. I made a triple batch of this and served it with penne pasta. It was so easy to make and so tasty at the same time! The tahini and sesame seeds gave it a unique flavor. My guests loved it and it was gone in no time. I will definitely make this recipe again.
