Shrimp Dip

ingredients
- 1 lb cooked peeled, deveined and chopped shrimp
- 8 ounces package cream cheese, softened
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1⁄3 cup mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons seafood cocktail sauce
- salt and pepper (to taste)
- 2 -3 tablespoons finely chopped green peppers (optional)
directions
- Combine all ingredients in blender or food processor until thoroughly mixed. Place in serving dish and sprinkle lightly with paprika, if desired, for color. Chill till serving time.
- Serve with crackers or crudites (sliced red and green peppers, carrot sticks, celery sticks, cucumber spears, blanched fresh snow peas, blanched cauliflowerets or broccoli flowerets).
