Shipwreck Casserole

"A good wintertime casserole"

• Serves: 8

ingredients

• 1 lb ground beef
• 3 small onions, chopped
• 1 cup potato, cubed
• 1 cup carrot, sliced
• 1 cup celery, chopped
• 1 (15 ounce) can peas including juice
• 1 (15 ounce) can kidney beans
• 1 (10 ounce) can condensed tomato soup
• 1 (15 ounce) can tomatoes

directions

1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Brown ground beef in a dutch oven. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
3. Add onions and potatoes, and cook until potatoes are slightly browned.
4. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
5. Bake in preheated oven for 1 1/2 hours or until potatoes and carrots are tender.
