ingredients

• 1 - 1 1⁄2 tablespoon oil
• 1 large onion, sliced
• 1 lb ground beef
• 1⁄4 cup rice, uncooked
• 2 -3 stalks celery, chopped
• 1 green pepper, chopped
• 3 medium raw potatoes, peeled and sliced
• salt and pepper
• 1 (15 ounce) can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
• 1 (10 ounce) can tomato soup
• 1 (10 ounce) can Coca-Cola

directions

1. Spread oil in bottom of 9x13-inch pan.
2. Layer ingredients in order listed above.
3. Pour the cola evenly over top of casserole.
4. Cover with foil.
5. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
