DIRECTIONS

  • In a medium bowl, mix Miracle Whip, milk, and sugar. Set aside.
  • Cook bacon, either by frying or baking (bake at 400 for 20 minutes). Set aside.
  • Cut lettuce into 1" pieces. Place in large bowl or casserole dish.
  • Chop green onions. Layer on top of the lettuce.
  • Chop green pepper into small pieces. Layer on top of the green onions.
  • Cover the veggies with the Miracle Whip mixture.
  • Layer peas on top of Miracle Whip mixture.
  • Top with cheddar cheese.
  • Chop bacon, and top the dish with it.
  • You can serve immediately, but refrigerate for two hours before serving, if possible.
