DIRECTIONS

  • Place onions and garlic in the bottom of crockpot.
  • Add chicken trying to get the thighs on the onions, overlapping leg portions as necessary.
  • Add mushrooms and pour marinade and chicken stock over all.
  • Cook on low 8 hours.
