Scottish Oatmeal (Rice Cooker)

Adapted from the Bob's Red Mill package of Whole Grain Scottish Oatmeal. Scottish oatmeal is ground finer than steel-cut oats and is not flattened like rolled oats.
- Ready In:
- Add water, salt and oatmeal to rice cooker. This can be done the night before. The soaked oatmeal will cook faster.
- Turn rice cooker on, or use the steam/cook setting.
- When rice cooker turns off, enjoy with honey or brown sugar and milk.
