DIRECTIONS

  • Put mushrooms, garlic, and olive oil in large skillet over medium flame.
  • Sauté until mushrooms begin to turn soft.
  • Add miso and sauté 4-5 minutes longer.
  • Stir in parsley and remove from heat.
  • Serve hot or cold.
