  1. This was very good and something different than the same breakfast. The only thing is that the bottom layer of crescent rolls were a bit too dark, almost burned. I think next time I will reduce the time of baking the crescent rolls to about 5 min. Other than that, its a keeper! Thanks for sharing!

  2. I thought this was great although I did think it needed more eggs, I would probably double the amount to 8 next time. I didnt think it needed much seasoning as we like to use spicy breakfast sausage. I might try adding some frozen hashbrowns next time. Thanks for a great recipe!

  3. In my opinion, there is way too little topping for the crust. I put in 7 large/extra large eggs, and it could have used more. This is a very easy recipe, and it looks great (everyone 'ooos' and "ahhs" about it) but it is so-so. Next time I might try about 10 eggs, cream instead of milk, a tablespoon of flour to thicken it a little, and maybe some flavorings, like fennel seed.

I'm a busy mom of 3. I have a full time job- but of course my family is my passion. My husband, Jon and I will be married 6 years this November. Our children are Ian-4yrs, Sage-3yrs & Claire-2yrs. Ian will eat anything, like my husband. They both love meat. Sage is my picky eater- so I have to get creative with her. Claire will try anything- it's fun to see her reaction to new things. We eat a lot of soup and "comfort food" during the winter. And love to grill out in the summer. Most of my time I spend with my kids, of course, they keep me busy. They love to be outside- as you can see. If I have any free time I spend it baking, reading & scrapbooking my family memories.
