- Beat the two eggs with oil.
- Beat in sugar, vanilla, nutmeg, cinnamon, and then flour.
- Beat in cooled cooked pears or apples.
- Mix in Walnuts or Pecans.Recipe only calls for 1 cup but more would make it better.
- Pour into greased 9 x 13 baking dish or pan.
- Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes or until done.
- The original recipe was done with pears.
