Salmon Tomato Dijon Mustard Salad - No Mayo

- Ready In:
- 1⁄2 cup fish, flakes
- 1 cup diced tomato
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
- 1⁄4 teaspoon sugar (optional)
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce (optional)
- 1⁄4 cup French beans, diced and cooked (or other vegetable)
- Mix everything together.
- Serve on toast, french bread, or crackers.
