  • Drain salmon, add cottage cheese, Miracle Whip (or mayo), pepper and parsley. Cover and let sit in fridge for at least 30 minutes or overnight.
  • To assemble, take flour tortillas and warm in in microwave for at least 10 seconds.
  • Place one piece of romaine lettuce on tortilla, spread on salmon mixture, top with tomato, roll up and cut in half.
  • Serve with carrot sticks and low-fat ranch dressing.
