  1. This is how I fix mine with a side of mashed potatoes and some peas. I also sometimes like to make a cheese sauce to drizzle over them. The kids really enjoy that! Thanks for posting!

  2. I prepared this exactly as written, with the exception of using 1 cup of seasoned bread crumbs instead of 1 1/2 cups, and I did add a dash of worcestshire sauce. All I could taste was the breadcrumbs. The breadcrumb taste totally overwhelmed the salmon. If I make this again, I will not use the breadcrumbs, just add flour until I get the right consistency. Made this for Alphabet Soup Tag.

  5. Read the last review and must make a comment about this recipe. I used this as a base for making tuna patties. I used two cans of water-packed tuna. I didn't use all-purpose flour or the baking powder. I used self-rising flour so the issue of too much baking powder didn't come up. I also didn't use the seasoned bread crumbs. My DH liked them very much and I will be making them again alternating between the tuna variation and the salmon. I feel that if you think a measurement is off, you should adjust it and let the poster know--maybe it was a typo.
