  1. I am making this again tonight for the second time. The first time my husband couldn’t stop eating it (as another reviewer said) and it was gone before he went to bed. That first time I used angel hair pasta as I had no wide egg noodles; this time I’m using the wide egg noodles. Also this time I am adding fresh dill. The recipe does not state if the canned salmon should be drained —the first time I drained it so I guess it does need draining because it worked out fine— anyone else not drain it and if so how did that turn out?

  2. Turned out great. I used leftover salmon instead of canned salmon. Good use of leftovers, and very tasty.

  3. I made this for supper last night and it was a big hit!! My husband even ate the leftovers for a snack later. He said it was great. I added 2 tbsp chopped parsley for some color but other than that, I didn't change a thing. Thanks for something to help put more salmon in our diet. It's also a nice change from tuna casserole.
