Made for Fall 09 PAC. exactly per the recipe. What can I say this is the most wonderfully perfect marinade for Salmon, and when Grilled on the BBQ the Salmon came out spot on perfect with cooking it 4 minutes on each side. I also marinaded chicken tenders in it for a friend who does NOT eat anything fishy, she loved the flavor this marinade imparted to her meat. The only thing I would do differently is possibly try brushing some additional marinade on during the grilling, or even add a touch of cornstarch as a thickener to a bit of it, and boil to a nice sauce to have the option of drizzling it over the fish. The marinade is JUST that darned good. Thank You Always for a great recipe.
