    ounces unsweetened chocolate, chopped
  • 2
    tablespoons water (If you want to make it alcoholic, substitute water with Creme de cacao)

DIRECTIONS

  • Put the cream, butter and sugar in the top of a double boiler.
  • Heat and stir until smooth.
  • Beat in the chocolate until melted.
  • Add water slowly and blend until it is smooth.
  • Pour over ice cream and serve.
