DIRECTIONS

  • Boil broth, add onions, garlic, peppercorns, chicken, green chilies, tomato, thyme, cumin and salt.
  • Simmer for 20 minute.
  • Add lime juice and simmer 10 more minutes. Add cilantro just before serving.
