  • Preheat oven to 375°F
  • Place a rack over a foil lined baking sheet. Combine first 4 ingredients in a small bowl. Sprinkle pork loin with salt and pepper.
  • Reserve half of the glaze and spread the remaining over pork loin. Bake in preheated oven 50-60 minutes, or until the pork reaches an internal temperature of 160°F
  • Remove from oven and cover with foil for 10 minutes. Slice and serve with reserved glaze.

  2. Made this using a boneless pork roast that I had in the freezer and it came out yummy! Served it with mashed potatoes and Brussel sprouts.

Her sweets are fantastics, especially her pound cakes, Yummm <br> <br>I guess the dish that I am famous for is my Christmas ham - my family all comes home for Christmas, and if i don't have my ham they are dissapointed, and my grandson wants the pistachio squares!!! so I guess that is the dishes that I'm famous for.
