- 11 ounces uncooked rotini pasta
- 1 (24 ounce) jar ragu tomatoes, onion, and garlic spaghetti sauce
- 1 1⁄2 lbs extra lean ground beef
- 14 1⁄2 ounces diced tomatoes
- 12 ounces tomato paste
- 1 cup shredded gouda cheese, divided
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
directions
- Boil pasta.
- Brown ground beef.
- Reserve 1/2 cup of each of the cheeses.
- combine all remaining ingredients.
- turn into 3 quart casserole dish.
- top with reserved cheeses.
- Bake at 375 for 20 minutes or so.
