Refreshing Breakfast Smoothie

- 2 cups plain fat-free yogurt
- 2 medium bananas
- 16 ounces tofu, silken
- 16 ounces frozen fruit
directions
- In a blender, add all ingredients in the order listed. If you start with the frozen fruit, you may have a hard time getting it moving. I like to use strong flavored fruit such as the "mixed berries" bag.
- This recipe will fill a regular blender to the top, so you may have to add the frozen fruit a little at a time as the entire mixture gets pureed so that it doesn't overflow on you. Blend on high until the smoothie is turning freely on its own.
- Serve immediately or store in fridge for later! The whole family, including my kids, loves this too!
