ingredients
- 3 red onions
- 400 ml dry red wine
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon butter
directions
- Cut the onions into strips, sautee on butter.
- Add the salt, honey and wine.
- Cook until the onions are soft, and the sauce reduced itself to about 20% of what we had in the beginning (about 25 minutes on very small heat).
