- 1 small cucumber (peeled if waxed)
- 1 beet
- 1⁄2 cup fresh pineapple chunk
- 4 apples
- 1 teaspoon grated gingerroot (optional)
directions
- Juice all, (I use Vita-Mix).
- Strain if necessary for smooth texture.
- Garnish with crushed ice and mint leaves.
- Serve at once.
