ingredients
- 1 (85 g) package beef-flavor ramen noodles
- 1⁄2 lb ground beef
- 1 small tomatoes, chopped
- 1⁄2 cup onion, chopped
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- thousand island dressing
directions
- Cook noodles according to package directions and drain.
- Brown beef and drain.
- Stir in 1/2 seasoning packet.
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Add dressing.

This was good and easy to make. I agree with the previous reviewer as it doesn't taste anything like a taco. I followed the recipe as written other then I used the whole packet of seasoning instead of half. I also didn't add the thousand island dressing as my boys don't like it. My boys enjoyed this.

Not what I would consider taco, it doesn't end up with a Mexican flavor but it is delicious!!! My kids gobbled it up in no time flat! This is a super simple dinner, one of those you can throw together after you walk in from running the kids to soccer practice, ballet practice etc. I forgot to buy dressing while I was in town so I used (Recipe #100355) and it was great! This is going in my regular rotation for busy night dinners!
