  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste

DIRECTIONS

  • Mix vinegar and sugar.
  • Add oil.
  • Add cabbage to dressing and season with salt and pepper.
  • Toss with fingers to combine.
  • Adjust seasoning.
  • Let stand 20 minutes.
  • Re-toss and serve.
