- 1⁄2 large papaya, seeded
- 1 large ripe banana
- 1 cup milk (substitute almond milk)
- 1 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1⁄2 tablespoon agave nectar (to taste)
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
directions
- In the jar of a blender, add all the ingredients. Process until smooth, about 20 seconds.
- Taste and adjust if necessary and serve immediately. Yields 4 to 4 1/2 cups.
