Quick & Easy Chocolate Cake

"Best chocolate cake I've tasted. It's so easy to make- just throw it all in the bowl and cook. Simple and tasty :)"

• Serves: 8-10

ingredients

• For Cake

• 6 ounces self-raising flour
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 3⁄4 ounce cocoa
• 2 ounces ground almonds
• 6 ounces caster sugar
• 6 ounces margarine
• 3 eggs

• For Filling

• 2 ounces butter
• 2 ounces icing sugar
• 1 ounce cocoa

directions

1. For Cake:.
2. Throw everything in a bowl.
3. Beat with mixer for 1 minute.
4. Divide into 2 tins.
5. Cook at 140 degrees C for 25-30 minutes.
6. For Filling:.
7. Throw everything in a bowl.
8. Mix until fluffy.
9. Spread between cakes.
