  • Preheat oven to 450.
  • Grease a 9x9 pan.
  • In large mixing bowl at medium speed, beat pumpkin, evaporated milk, sugar, flour, margarine, eggs, vanilla, nutmeg, cinnamon, baking soda and salt for 1 minute or until smooth and well blended.
  • Pour into pan.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
