Whisk yeast into water and combine in a large mixing bowl with flour and honey. Kneed at least 10 minutes. The amount of flour you use will vary - make sure your dough is just not sticking to the bowl and remains pliable.
Cut dough into 32 pieces. Make ropes of your dough about 5" long and brush them with melted butter or olive oil.
Sprinkle on parmesan cheese and allow to raise approximately 15 - 20 minutes.
