Potluck Cheesy Potatoes

• Serves: 8-10

ingredients

• 2 lbs frozen hash browns
• 1 cup butter
• 10 3⁄4 ounces cream of mushroom soup (or chicken or celery)
• 16 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
• 16 ounces sour cream
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 onion, diced
• 2 cups crushed corn flakes

directions

1. 1. Preheat ven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease 13x9 baking pan.
2. 2. Mix potatoes, soup, cheese, sour cream, onion and salt. Spread into greased pan.
3. 3. Top potato mixture evenly with cornflakes. Then cut up butter and place evenly distributed on top.
4. 4. Bake 45 minutes.
