Very simple and easy recipe. However I used frozen beans finely diced. I also added 2eggs into the mixTure. Half a cup of thickening cream was added to the mix. Before placing into the tins, I placed all the veggie ingredients (without egg and cream) into the steamer, and added salt and pepper to this. I steamed everything for about 15mintues. Then placed mixture with added cream and eggs into muffin tins. I then added some grated cheese on top. Placed into the oven. My oven has a tendency to cook things very quickly so after about 20mins everything was all golden brown. I took them out to try and they were cooked. So I pulled them out of the oven and let them cool down in the pan, to help retain their shape. Thankyou for this wonderful recipe.
