Polish Apple Pancakes

Polish Apple Pancakes created by Rita1652

These pancakes have a unique flavor and texture that make them really something special. They have less flour than traditional pancakes so are not so cake-like. They can be eaten on the go without syrup and are very tasty. My whole family loves them.

I'm sorry for the low review but my cakes turned into dense hockey pucks. Added baking powder mid-way and that helped somewhat.

These were very good. I agree with other reviewers that 1 apple sliced very thin would be just right. Thanks for sharing.

My mom makes these all the time! It doesnt matter what apples you use but granny smith are usually the best! Powdered sugar is fantastic as a topping! Thanks for sharing!

Yummy and easy to make but like the other reviewers, I only used 2 apples and found it to be more than enough. I'm sure it would be just as good with one large apple.
