    cup pizza sauce

    cups shredded mozzarella cheese

    pieces pepperoni

DIRECTIONS

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • Grease a 10-inch cast iron skillet and set aside.
  • Cut each biscuit into quarters and transfer to a large bowl.
  • Add pizza sauce and 1 cup mozzarella. Toss to combine.
  • Transfer to prepared skillet and top with remaining 1 cup cheese and pepperoni.
  • Bake until golden brown and bubbling, about 25-28 minutes.
  • Garnish with basil leaves and serve.
