Pecan Balls Candies

"These little candies are perfect for parties and for the holidays. Very easy to make and just simply delicious. To make another variation of those substitute the pecans with shredded coconut."

• Yields: 40 balls
• Serves: 40

ingredients

• 180 g animal crackers
• 125 g unsweetened butter
• 1 cup pecans (chopped)
• 1 tablespoon rum
• 3 tablespoons cocoa
• 1 teaspoon vanilla

directions

1. Use a room temperature butter. Crush the crackers and add them to the butter.
2. To that add 2/3 of the nuts and the rest of the ingredients.
3. Mix well and form little balls.
4. Roll the balls in the rest of the nuts.
