Peach Gelato

"A fruity gelato!"

• Serves: 6

ingredients

• 4 cups whole milk
• 2 cups peaches
• 2 tablespoons lemon juice
• 3⁄4 cup sugar
• 1⁄2 cup egg substitute

directions

1. Heat milk and add eggs.
2. Cook until thickened--about 6 to 8 minutes.
3. Add pureed peaches, lemon juice, and 1/4 c sugar.
4. Add peach mixture to milk base.
5. Refrigerate at least two hours.
6. Freeze in an ice cream maker per instructions.
