- 6 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 2 teaspoons dried basil
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano
- salt
- pepper

SALAD
- 1 1⁄2 cups orzo pasta
- 1 cup tomatoes, chopped
- 1 cup cucumber, chopped
- 1⁄2 cup sweet red pepper, chopped
- 1⁄2 cup yellow sweet pepper, chopped
- 2⁄3 cup red onion, diced
- 24 kalamata olives
- 3⁄4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
directions
- In a small bowl, whisk together oil, vinegar, basil, oregano, and salt and pepper. Set aside.

SALAD:
- In a large saucepan, cook pasta in boiling salted water for about 10 minutes or until tender. Drain and rinse with cold water. Drain well and place in a large bowl. Stir in dressing.
- Stir in tomatoes, cucumbers, red and yellow peppers, onions and olives. Cover and let stand until serving. Refrigerate if longer than 1 hour. Top with feta cheese.

<br>I guess the dish that I am famous for is my Christmas ham - my family all comes home for Christmas, and if i don't have my ham they are dissapointed, and my grandson wants the pistachio squares!!! so I guess that is the dishes that I'm famous for.
