  • In a large pot heat the water to a boil with a little salt, so it is ready to make the pasta.
  • In a frying pan sauté the garlic and chilies in the olive oil for 1 minute, then add the anchovies and tomatoes. Cook for 1 minute. Add the wine and simmer for 3-4 minutes, add the olives, capers and artichokes stirring for 1-2 minutes. Add the parsley and remove from the heat.
  • Add pasta to the boiling water and cook to your desired texture, 7-9 minutes for dried pasta. Drain and add to the sauce.Stir around to coat the pasta with the sauce cook for 2 minutes. Serve with Parmigiano a top. Season with salt, pepper and chipotle flakes to your taste.
