  • Peel, split, and seed papaya; chop coarsely.
  • Mix together all ingredients in a bowl.
  • Serve over grilled fish such as ahi tuna, swordfish; also grilled chicken.

  3. my daughter made this last night and served it with blackened barbequed salmon. she said it was wonderful. Tomorrow, I will try it and give you an update.
     
  4. O.K.....I am a wuss! My hubby and I found this too hot.....my lips were burning. I think I would make this one again but without the jalapeno and go a little easier on the red pepper flakes. I thought the flavours were too delicate for the jalapeno. I served this over grilled halibut. I love fruit salsas, so I will make this one again, but with the changes
     
  5. A lovely combination of sweet and heat, I used an extra jalepeno, as our market's supply seems to be very mild, served over grilled tuna, a lovely meal, thanks! Dawn
