  1. Wow! I feel so lucky having found this recipe. Been looking on web 2 days now. Not sure why I stopped my search after reading this one but glad I did! I used it on cod fillets. Was short on a couple of spices but improvised and it turned out wonderful. Just a tip to keep in mind though: let fish drain on paper towels before cooking so that water won't interfere with the cooking process. Mine was still delicious but I believe this is supposed to be a drier type of coating. Every few bites you'll taste the oregano and OMG that makes it for me. My husband loved it too and he's hard to please. Thank you hannahsmomma for sharing it. We will be using this recipe again and again.

  2. Waaaayyyyyy TOO MUCH salt!!! Everything else would've been perfect. I had exactly 2 lbs and measured as per recipe, except I did 1/2 of the onion powder and more garlic and cumin (just a heaping measurement). Maybe next time, I won't use salt at all, because I never took the "salted" butter into consideration. Hoping, the collard greens I made and the lemon help to cut some of the salt. Super bummed right now.

  3. My family loved it but I found it a bit salty!

  4. Used this recipe with mahi mahi and it was excellent! Spicy but not overly spicy. We will be using this recipe many times in the future.

  5. Very easy and great taste. I thought it was a little spicy but my DH loved it. Will definitely be making this again. I used flounder. Next time I'm going to try it on salmon. Thanks for sharing!
