Orange & Wildberry Oatmeal

ingredients
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 1⁄3 cups quick oats
- 1⁄3 cup smuckers pure wildberry jam
- 3⁄4 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons chopped pecans
directions
- Bring water and juice to a boil in a saucepan; stir in oats. Return to a boil, reduce heat and simmer. Cook uncovered for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally, remove from heat. Stir in jam. Let stand for 2 minutes, covered.
- Divide oatmeal evenly into 4 bowls and serve with yogurt, if desired drizzle with jam and nuts.

I used blood orange juice (from two medium) and blood orange marmalade in this and it was very good! Next time I will use the full liquid amount as juice to really punch up the flavor. I know it works with grapefruit in Recipe #296096. I also want to try this with regular orange as well. Nice way to spice up your oatmeal!

<br>I guess the dish that I am famous for is my Christmas ham - my family all comes home for Christmas, and if i don't have my ham they are dissapointed, and my grandson wants the pistachio squares!!! so I guess that is the dishes that I'm famous for.
