Old Fashioned Cocktail

"This is my all time favorite cocktail. If made correctly and with high end liquor you can't beat this drink."

• Ingredients: 6
• Serves: 1

ingredients

• cherries
• orange slice
• 1⁄2 ounce simple syrup
• 1 dash bitters
• ice
• 2 ounces Bourbon

directions

1. Muddle the cherry and the orange slice in a bucket glass - then discard the fruit. Add the syrup and bitters. Drop in the desired amount of ice - I like lots for a super cold drink.
2. Pour the bourbon into the glass over the back of a spoon. Garnish with an orange flag and a lemon twist.

Delish! Not overly sweet. I gave it a good wheeze if orange and loved it.
