"A friend of mine gave me this recipe,and its just like your grandma used to make.Comes out perfect every time.You can also substitute the milk for evaporated milk which makes the pudding even more creamy."

  • In a sauce pan combine sugar,cornstarch and cocoa.
  • Slowly add milk.
  • Bring to a boil over medium heat and continue.
  • stirring until thick.
  • Remove from heat and add margarine and vanilla.

  2. This is a very easy recipe to follow. The pudding is so creamy and good you don't want to wait for it to cool. Emeral said to always add a dash of salt to chocolate, so I did. I constantly stirred so it wouldn't stick or have lumps.

I have been looking up recipes here for a few years,and finally thought I might as well join as a member.All the recipes I have tried here have been just awesome.I love to cook and try anything at least once.I only cook for one person so sometimes that is very hard to do without having a lot of leftovers.I am glad this sight gives all of us the opportunity to share great dishes..
