Oatmeal Raisin Cookie (No Yolks Used)

"I combined 3 recipe to make this one to make a good cookie. That is low in salt and fat. I use oilve oil instead of corn oil. This cookie is moist and has a good flavor. I use silicone mats on my cookie sheets so they don't stick."

  • Sift flour,baking soda and cinnamon set aside.
  • In mixing bowl mix wet ingredents with sugar.
  • Add flour mixture and blend well.
  • Add oats and raisins mix well.
  • Spray cookie sheets if not using silicone mats.
  • Drop by 1 1/2 teaspoonfulls on cookie sheets.
  • Bake at 375 for 12-15 minutes.
