No Fat Smoothie!

"This delicious recipe came about when I really wanted a smoothie but had no yoghurt, milk OR juice. I experimented and this was AMAZING! I taught this to my mum and although she was sceptical it's now her fave recipe. If it isn't sweet enough add a little more jam."

Hi :) I am a student and a nanny in New Zealand's capital city, Wellington. Before I became a nanny 2 years ago I had hardly picked up a spatula but since then I have become very passionate about cooking. I love cooking for other people and seeing their reactions when they taste something delicious that you have made with your own hands!
