  • Beat butter and sugar.
  • Add vanilla and egg.
  • Fold in flour.
  • Roll mixture into balls with choc chips in the centre.
  • Cook 10 - 12 minutes at 180°C.
  • Cool on tray.
  • Enjoy.

  1. These were very good. I did not have any problems with them. One reviewer said they were crumbly for them, but they were okay for me. This might be because I packed my brown sugar even though the recipe didn't specify that. I mixed the chocolate chips in, but a few I rolled them in the chips once I made the ball and they looked nicer. These also were not flat like a lot of other cookies. I think that is because this uses self-rising flour which has baking powder in it instead of just plain baking soda. Thanks for a great recipe. I will make these again.

  3. Very quick and easy recipe to make. I reduced the sugar just a bit and like Chef floWer I found they were crumbly but with all that said they tasted terrific and didnt last very long here at all. Thank you i_dooie.
     
  4. Took us longer then five minutes to make these because I had a four year old helping and we made this because we wanted to have fun together (Which we did :)). The sugar content is quite high and the cookie is very crumbly but they tasted yummy. Thank you i_dooie
