Mexican Style Cheese Dip

ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 16 ounces Velveeta cheese
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 taco seasoning, pouch
- 2 (10 ounce) cans mild rotel
- 2 (10 ounce) bags tortilla chips
directions
- Brown Ground Beef.
- Follow directions on taco seasoning to make Taco meat.
- Meanwhile, cut Velveeta and Cream Cheese into roughly 1 inch cubes for faster melting.
- Combine Taco Meet, Cheeses and Rotel in Crock Pot.
- Heat on Low, about 1-1.5 hours, stirring occasionally until not clumpy.
- Serve and Enjoy!
