- 4 garlic cloves, raw
- 10 ounces frozen spinach, chopped
- 14 ounces artichoke hearts, chopped
- 10 ounces alfredo sauce
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, grated
- 1⁄3 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
directions
- Preheat oven 350 degrees.
- Bake garlic for 20 minutes, or until soft.
- Mix all ingredients and add to a small oven safe dish or bread bowl.
- Bake 30 minutes.
- Serve with toasted french bread or crackers.
