Mustard Sauce for Ham
My sisters Mother in Law (Thanks Sal!) gave us this recipe and it has become a staple when we serve ham.

ingredients
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1⁄2 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons dry mustard
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1⁄2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1⁄2 pint heavy cream
directions
- In a double boiler (I have also just added all ingredients into a small saucepan) mix egg, sugar, dry mustard and flour. Gradually add vinegar and cream stirring constantly until it thickens.
